Our business objective is to become one of the major powder coating equipment installation companies in the United States. The powder coating process that is performed by these systems spray coats the outside surface of some metal product. The powder coating is applied with the use of electrostatic technology. The leading manufacturer in the world in the field of coating equipment is Nordson Corporation which is based out of Amherst, OH. For 28 years I was employed by Nordson Corporation as one of their senior field engineers. Because of a large company cut back at the end of 2008, I accepted a retirement package and started my own powder coating equipment installation company. This enables us to accept the installation projects Nordson Corporation now could no longer take on because of the large reduction in their staff of field engineers. Since leaving Nordson Corporation I have established a working agreement with Nordson and many of their salespersons that assures Alliance Powder Group, Inc. will receive quote request for installation projects as soon as we have our team in place and are ready to work. So now I am looking for a several anointed people to join our team. All of the opportunities at this time are field projects and because we serve all 52 states, overnight stays and the ability to travel out of the state is required. Some of the skills and qualification we’re looking for are:  High school diploma or G.E.D., post high school education or training a plus.

 A willingness to work and seek advancement in the company a plus.

 Self-starter who is a team player.

Anyone who comes onboard at this time will be considered an independent contractor, until work load picks up and the company can take on permanent full time employees, at which time the current workers can apply for foreman positions. Office positions to open following company expansion. Interested persons will need a resume’ and cover letter. Tom if you have any questions please feel free to contact me. Whatever help you can provide at this time is much appreciated.
