First of all, we will utilize visual media such as overhead screens and monitors for announcements, program notes, and agenda alerts. The entire agenda will be printed and included in your registration information; therefore, we will not repeat this information in printed programs nor bulletins. However, you will be constantly updated by the monitors and screens throughout the various facilities. Most of the facilities will have business centers. Please prepare to make use of these centers for preparing committee reports. Committee reports should be prepared with a maximum of 10 copies for designated conference officers. Copies of all reports will be posted on the Episcopal website each day for access by attendees. Safety and Security These are different times, and we must be alert to keep our meeting safe and secure for our protection and peace of mind. Each attendee is asked to register and receive an identification badge. This registration badge must be worn during all sessions. Unity and Success We need your cooperation to make our meetings successful. Please register in the conference facilities. We are able to secure better service and accommodations through a unified presence. There is strength in numbers. Each conference will be a wonderful time of fellowship, information, and spiritual growth as we transact the kingdom building business of our church. Please make plans to attend, not only your regional conference, but others as well. Make sure you are aware of the deadlines and expected responses for a safe and rewarding conference experience.
