Rolo Age 19, TB x Welsh section B pony 13.1hh

With great sadness, we have decided to put my daughter's pony, Rolo up for sale as he has been massively outgrown. He will be well known to many in North Norfolk Pony Club and we would love him to go to a NNPC home.

He has taken my daughter from jumping cross poles to individual and team placings at many PC showjumping competitions. He excels at showjumping, is wonderful XC and is speedy and accurate in mounted games- he went to the PC Championships at Cholmondeley Castle competing in mounted games in 2015.

Rolo hunts with the North Norfolk Harriers and been placed in several NNH hunter trials.

Rolo is 19 years young, but still fit and behaves like a youngster- his speed and agility mean that he is not a novice ride but is 100% safe and always looks after his rider. Rolo is a true schoolmaster and adjusts to the ability of his rider, making him ideal for a child to learn to compete on.

In showjumping, Rolo is super speedy and accurate in a jump off. He will happily compete up to 90cm and jumps up to 1m at home. He has regularly competed at PC and RC this season, winning rosettes whenever he goes out. We have recently affiliated Rolo BS and he has been placed 2nd in British Novice classes on both of the two occasions he has entered.

Rolo has done all PC activities including junior camp in 2015, 2016 and 2017. He is good with the farrier and to clip and load.

Unfortunately he has recently been found to have Cushings, managed using the smallest dose of Prascend. This was discovered on a test offered by our vet and he has never had laminitis or any other symptoms. He has no other health problems.

Rolo is priced to sell and the price includes English leather saddle, bridle and rugs.
