There Are Two Time Commitments for This Great Volunteer Experience, As Follows

Dear Parent/Guardian

Your child has shown an interest in participating in the annual Lions Club of Kitchener’s KW Santa Parade. This year the parade is on Saturday, November 18th.

There are two time commitments for this great volunteer experience, as follows:

Friday, November 17th, at Suddaby Public School, between 7:00 PM and 9:00PM. This is our main sign in day, when this form and any volunteer sheets are brought in, and when we coordi- nate parade spots and of course the costumes.

Saturday, November 18th, at Suddaby School, between 8am - 9am. While the parade itself starts at 10:30, and runs for approximately 1.5 hours, we like to start early so we have all the time we need to get into our parade groups, costumes, and any makeup. All volunteers will be transported back via bus to Suddaby, for pick up approximately between 1pm and 1:30pm.

We require your signature to acknowledge that your consent has been given and that you un- derstand your child's involvement. You are also responsible for the return of all costumes in good condition.
