Be a vendor at the Greater Westside Board of Trade’s Holiday Shopping Spree to create awareness and recognition of your UNIQUE gift ideas, products, services, achievements and corporate identity. This is your opportunity to showcase your business to the Westside community.

If accepted, I agree to abide by the conditions which have been provided with this application, and acknowledge that in the event of a dispute, ruling of the Show Manager will prevail. In consideration of my participation in this trade show, I hereby agree to hold free from any and all liability the GWBOT and its respective officers and members and waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages which may or which may hereafter accrue to me arising out of or connected with my activities with this event.

Set-up: 7:30 am -9:45 am Event: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm Take Down: 3:00pm

1. Payment in full must accompany this application to reserve table space.

2. 8 ft. rectangular tables will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis then 6 ft. tables. If you have any SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS, please contact Karen, GWBOT, ASAP to accommodate your request.

3. Event management will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to exhibits. No staples, tacks or nails are permitted to be used on supplied tables or walls. Tablecloth fasteners and tape are to be removed.

4. Vendor tables are for showcasing, display and vending purposes only. Draws and/or raffles are encouraged at your table. Vendors are responsible for delivering draw prizes to winners.

5. If food samples will be served, please contact GWBOT for approval.

6. It is the vendor’s responsibility to have their own coverage/insurance for public liability, bodily injury, property damage and product liability.

7. Vendors are responsible to remove all wares, recycling and garbage at space. Let’s leave it clean, please!

8. No flammable/compressed gas or use of burning/open flame.

9. Vendors and staff must be present at table at all times during the event. Vendors are not permitted to take down prior to 3:00 pm.

10. Expo management reserves the right to reject or prohibit exhibitors at anytime before or during the event.

11. Expo management reserves the right at all times to change the date of the Expo or to cancel the Expo in cases beyond the control of Expo management. In this situation, the exhibitor would have no right to compensation for any losses, costs, expense or damages which arise out of or in any way connected with such change or cancellation. Only registration fees paid will be returned in the event of an Expo cancellation.

12. Cancellation Policy: refunds will not be granted after November 24, 2017.
