Greencastle Parks & Recreation Department “It’s a Mid Summer’s Night Fling!” No, it’s not that kind of “fling” and it’s not at night! Throw your own discs or borrow ours and try your hand at disc golf – Big Walnut Sports Park style! We’ve expanded our 9-hole disc golf course adding 10-more this past spring. Now that we’re the only 19-hole disc golf course in the area, we’re testing it out. All proceeds from this event will be used to purchase additional trees for the course. Scorecards/maps will be provided and park personnel will be available to walk/play along players unfamiliar with the course. All players will receive an official Greencastle Parks & Recreation Department stamped mini-disc for their player’s pack. Prizes will be awarded, which will include some disc golf supplies.
