General Information This event will take place over two days, Saturday, August 9th and Sunday August 10th. Artists will have the opportunity to paint all day on Saturday, August 9th at or around the Sumner Knight Chapel or other parks and areas around Keene, NH. Artists will be provided with water, a bag lunch and snacks at the Sumner Knight Chapel, which will be the check in point for the event. There are also restrooms available at the Chapel. Artists will also be invited to attend, free of charge, concert by Cold Chocolate at the Chapel that evening. Artwork will be displayed at the Chapel during the Sweet Tea Picnic on Sunday, August 10th, when it will be offered for sale. Artists are also invited to participate in that event as well. Artists agree to donate at least 25% of the selling price of the displayed works to the Sumner Knight Chapel and Keene Community Kitchen. Keene Music Festival will provide services for processing credit and debit cards for any sales; with the processing fees deducted from the sales price. Keene Music Festival will offer any unsold artwork from the event online under the terms outlined above. Keene Music Festival will arrange for appropriate shipping of any artwork sold online after the event. There will be a $15.00 entry fee to help defray promotion expenses.
