PROFESSIONAL STATEMENT My life has been devoted to creating, managing and helping small businesses and non-profits to thrive. I’ve bridged the gap between the business world and arenas of social change, as well as across cultures, exploring new ideas for effective leadership and organizational transformation. I have extensive experience as a leader, a mentor and a consultant; assessing organizations, then implementing effective transition plans in a calm, supportive and professional manner.
