Events:

Lunar New Year - Sunday, January 29th Hours: 11am - 4pm (Move-In Begins at 9am, Move Out Ends at 6pm)

Dragon Fest - Saturday, July 15th & Sunday, July 16th Event Hours: Saturday, July 15th Noon - 8pm (Move-In Begins at 9am) Sunday, July 16th, Noon - 6pm (Move Out Ends at 8pm)

Night Market - Saturday, September 9th Event Hours: 4pm – Midnight (Move-In Begins at 1:00pm, Move Out Ends at 2am)

Discounts for Booth Only (Does not apply towards Application Fee or Food Trucks): -20% for Approved Non-Profit Organizations (must submit proof) -30% for Approved C-ID Business, Services, Organizations (based on address) (If business is eligible for both discounts, the discount used will be the largest discount. We are not able to combine both discounts). -Bundle Deal: Sign up to participate in all three events – and submit payment in full by January 25 – and we’ll waive the application fee for all three events (a $75 savings)!

Additional Equipment Rental Fees + Tax: -10x10 Tent: $125 -10X20 Tent: $250 -6 ft Banquet Table: $25 each -Chair: $5 each We can also order sidewalls, larger tents, linens, etc. for an additional fee, please inquire for specialty items. Electrical Rental Fees + Tax: -10 amps (1200 watts): $85.00 -20 amps (2400 watts): $110.00

25% EQUIPMENT RENTAL & ELECTRICAL ORDER LATE FEE APPLIES 7 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE -Orders received less than 7 days prior to event date will be charged an additional 25% to the rental or service fee

*Note: Night Market Exhibit Fee includes a battery powered light. Should you need additional lighting, standard electrical requirement fees will apply.

Notes: -Exhibit fees are due PRIOR to the start of move-in -All exhibitors are required to provide proof of insurance prior to the event. If you do not have insurance, we can provide for you for an additional fee, please inquire. -If you are sampling or selling food, you must have proper food handling permits.
