MRS. CICERO: Attention all 8th grades students: Permission slips for the Brush visitation must be submitted to your 1st period teacher by Wednesday. No student may go without a signed permission slip. No phone calls and no late permission slips will be accepted. Permission slips were mailed to your home address from Brush last week. There are no extra permission slips in the office

CYBER CAFÉ: Cyber Cafe' is cancelled after school today.

HOMEWORK LAB: Homework lab will bE closed today Tuesday April 10

LIBRARY: The spring Scholastic book Fair will take place April 18th through the 20th. You will be attending the book fair with your Language Art class. Everyone has a chance to win a $10.00 book fair gift certificate every day between now and the Book Fair! Each morning a trivia question will be asked. Write your name and the answer on a slip of paper and drop it in the container in the library before the end of the day. A winner will be drawn each afternoon! Today’s question is… What book written by Suzanna Collins was made into a movie?

SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR: The Spring Buy-One-Get-One Scholastic Book Fair will take place April 18-20. A Book fair Crew is needed. If you are interested in helping out, please stop in the library during Advisory or after school today.

CHEERLEADING: Cheerleading Tryouts: Cheerleading Squad Clinics and tryouts have been changed. They will be held Monday, 7 2012, Tuesday, May 8, 2012, Thursday, May 10, 2012 and Friday, May 11, 2012 from 6-8 in the East Gym. Tryouts will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2012 from 9am to 2pm in the East Gym. Any students interested in participating can continue to pickup a tryout packet from the Athletic Office daily. All packets must be returned the first day of Clinics Monday, May 7 in order to participate.Let’s show our Arc spirit and cheer on our team during the 2012-2013 Football and Basketball season – coach Monique

BRUSH ARCETTES: Attention 8th graders: if you are interested in trying-out for the Brush Arcettes, the Marching Band's Dance Squad, the try-out clinics and final try-outs will be held in the Brush High School East Gym from April 17th through April 27th. Please come to the office to pick up an information packet so that you are ready to start try-out clinics at Brush on April 17th. "
