Federation Art Trophy 2018 ‘A Celebratory Gift or Bouquet’ Entrants should submit a painting in any two dimensional drawing or painting medium including collage. The actual artwork shall not exceed A3 (42.0 x 29.7 cm) in size – the mount and/or frame is not included in these measurements. The picture MUST have fittings suitable for hanging. Your entry should be at WI House no later than Thursday, 8 February 2018 for judging. The paintings will be displayed at the Annual Council Meeting at Hangar 42, Bruntingthorpe on Saturday, 10 March 2018. If you wish to collect the paintings from the ACM, please indicate this on the identification label on the back of your picture. Please label all packaging with your name. RULES:

1. This competition is open to all members of the Leicestershire & Rutland Federation. One entry per member only. 2. Work should have been completed within the last two years and should not have been previously shown at County Federation level. 3. All exhibits to be delivered to WI House for judging by Thursday, 8 February 2018. 4. Judging will be in accordance with “On with the Show” 2015 edition. Copies available from WI House price £8.50. 5. Judges will be appointed by the County Federation and the Judges’ decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into. 6. All exhibits will be insured for the duration of the judging, however, any especially valuable items should be separately insured by the entrant. 7. Whilst every care will be taken with the exhibits, the County Federation cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to exhibits during judging or display. 9. Entry form to be returned to WI House with £4.00 entry fee by Thursday, 25 January 2018.
