Professional Objective A wish to support all customers with patience and technical knowledge of the inner workings of computers in order to gain a greater satisfaction among current clientele and to allure potential customers. EMPLOYMENT Technology Lab Assistant, 1998-1999 While at Bethlehem High School I worked in the technology lab as an assistant. I worked closely with other students, sometimes helping with their papers. I also monitored the print servers and managed several Macintosh computers.

Stockperson, Wal-Mart, summer of 1999. My responsibilities included keeping the floor stocked at all times, removing equipment from the floor, cleaning up hazardous spills, retrieving carts for customer use, attending disabled customers throughout the store, and the assistance of the transportation of large items (such as entertainment centers and TV consoles).

Technical Support, Bardstown Internet Service, 1999 to Present. Responsibilities that I took on include servicing customers over the telephone regarding their dial-up networking connections. This required an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows9x, ME and NT. Also, I have worked extensively with Microsoft Internet Explorer 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, and 5.0. This job used my knowledge of Unix based operating systems. A component of my tasks included adding, subtracting, and editing users and particular directories on the server. Furthermore, I have used Microsoft Access and Platypus for managing our user database.
