Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong clerical skills that include mastery of business English, spelling and grammar, mathematics, and office practices; multiple-line phone system, typing, duplicating, and filing; must have strong computer skills including word processing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment, must be experienced with decision making and multi-tasking and be a positive, motivated team player. Experience in a K-12 setting is a plus.

This is a full-time position. Salary is based on experience and a CL-3 of the classified salary schedule of the Rockdale County Public Schools. Employment benefits are uniformly provided for all full time employees of the school system.
