In developing the Pennsylvania Train-the-Trainer Curriculum, the goal of the Pennsylvania POLST Curriculum Committee of the Coalition for Quality at the End of Life (CQEL) has been to assure the quality of POLST discussions. The POLST form is not the main thing. Careful facilitated discussions that elicit care preferences are the main thing!
