West Ottawa Soccer 32nd Annual Old-timers’ Tournament

Dear Old-timers,

West Ottawa Soccer cordially invites you to participate in our 30th Annual Old-timers Tournament, which has grown into the largest fall Old-timers tournament in Eastern Ontario.

This year the tournament will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Lions Park Richmond/Stittsville. Round- robin games will take place in the morning; playoffs will be held in the afternoon. Entries are limited to Men’s Old- timer over 35 and Women’s Over 30 teams, including a Women’s Over 40 Division and a Men’s Over 50 Division.

The number of teams in the tournament will be restricted, so please register on line early to avoid disappointment. Registration deadline is September 16th. Entry is guaranteed only by payment of the registration fee of $325.00, on line or by Cheques, made payable to West Ottawa Soccer. If paying by cheque payment must be received by September 18th. Please put your Club name as a reference on the cheque (please no postdated cheques). Upon completion of tournament schedules, we will email or fax you your information package.

Out of District teams must produce a travel permit from their home District Association authorizing the team to attend the tournament. All players must be registered in the appropriate tournament class to participate in the tournament and must provide validated player registration cards/books (unregistered players/teams will not be permitted to participate). Teams must carry and supply proof of insurance, injury and liability, while participating in the event.

Please make sure that all Old-timers teams in your organization receive a copy of this invitation.
