Event Details The Houston SharePoint User Group (H-SPUG) is proud to present the Sixth Annual SharePoint Saturday event for the greater Houston area on April 9, 2016.

This event will be held at the University of Houston, 4100 University Drive, Houston, Texas 77204 (Inside the University Center, 2nd Floor). Previous SharePoint Saturday Houston events have consistently seen between 400 – 500 participants in attendance.

About this event: Whether you are a IT professional, business owner, manager or enthusiast, this SharePoint themed event is an educational, informative & lively set of days filled with sessions from respected SharePoint professionals, MVPs and companies covering a wide variety of SharePoint, Office365, Azure and Cloud related topics.

Sponsorship Opportunities There are several categories for sponsorships and vendors agreeing to sponsorships by February 15th will receive a significant discount.

Title This level requires a minimum of $6,000. For sponsors that commit and submit funds prior to February 15, this amount will be reduced to $5,000. This sponsorship level is limited to one (1) sponsor.

The title sponsorship level offers:

 Sponsor logo on event correspondence, on presentation slides in introduction and prior to keynote, break and lunch slide deck or banner in main room  Premier large booth location, two 6 foot tables  Host for the Saturday evening SharePint  Hosts for the speaker dinner, up to four representatives can attend  Sponsor of one of the presentation tracks  Presentation during lunch in assigned room  Information to be distributed in attendee bag  An electronic copy of the pre-registration list including e-mail addresses and phone numbers.

FINAL Platinum This level requires a minimum of $5,000. For sponsors that commit and submit funds prior to February 15, this amount will be reduced to $4,000. This sponsorship level is limited to four (4) sponsors.

The platinum sponsorship level offers:

 Sponsor logo on event correspondence, on presentation slides in introduction and prior to keynote, break and lunch slide deck or banner in main room  Premier booth location, one 6 foot table to be selected after the Title selection has been made  Hosts for the speaker dinner, one representative can attend  Sponsor of one of the presentation tracks  Presentation during lunch in assigned room  Information to be distributed in attendee bag  An electronic copy of the pre-registration list including e-mail addresses and phone numbers.

Gold This level requires a minimum of $4,000. For sponsors that commit and submit funds prior to February 15, the amount will be reduced to $3,000. This sponsorship level is limited to five (5) sponsors.

The gold sponsorship offers:

 Sponsor logo on event correspondence, on presentation slides in break and lunch rooms  Select booth location after Platinum selections have been made, one 6 foot table  Information to be distributed in attendee bag  An electronic copy of the pre-registration list including e-mail addresses and phone numbers.

Silver This level requires a minimum of $2,000. For sponsors that commit and submit funds prior to February 15, the amount will be reduced to $1,500. This sponsorship level is limited to seven (7) sponsors.

The silver sponsorship offers:

 Sponsor logo on all correspondence  Booth location after Platinum and Gold selections have been made, one 6 foot table  Information to be distributed in attendee bag

Bronze This level requires a minimum of $1,000.

The bronze tier sponsorship offers:

 Sponsor logo on all correspondence

FINAL  Sponsor tag on a door prize – event coordinators will work with you to determine prizes (i.e. Software, Xbox, gift cards, books, etc.).

FINAL Event Shirts The anticipated cost for this sponsorship is $4,000.

This sponsorship offers:

 Provide speaker shirts to be distributed to all event volunteers and speakers (approximately 40 shirts)  Booth location after Platinum and Gold selections have been made, one 6-foot table  Provide t-shirts to be distributed to all attendees  Logo on attendee t-shirts.  An electronic copy of the pre-registration list including e-mail addresses and phone numbers.
