Email to SFR 3/12/16

Email sent to SFR 3/12/16. Sent in French (below).

Thank you for your email 29/11/16 replying to my letter of 15 November.

Certainly I am unhappy that this 16€ credit during 12 months has not been applied to my account. However, if you read a little further into my letter there were many other overcharges and errors in your invoices from 5/6/16 to 5/11/16 leading to my detailed listing of your overcharges and my subsequent claim for a credit of 125.70€ for these 6 months.

Additionally I requested a return to my previous contract, you appeared to have totally ignored this request.

I also requested a link be put on my old perso.neuf site to my new, at the time, perso.sfr site. I am now absolutely amazed and annoyed to discover that you have now closed down all perso.sfr sites and I received absolutely no notification for this. I believe there was a contractual obligation in my previous contract to supply a personal web site, it was not explained to me that when, on your persuasion, I changed my contract, that this obligation would be removed. I am particularly annoyed at this sudden removal of my web site, to which there were many external links and which I have been running on one or other of your sites for over 15 years.

Best regards

Meilleures salutations
