Festival announces final 4 ships, tickets on sale June 3

Green Bay (May 29, 2013) – PMI Entertainment Group is announcing the final four of nine ships for the Baylake Bank Tall Ship Festival on August 16-18 at Leicht Memorial Park in downtown Green Bay.

The last four ships are:

The Peacemaker is owned by the Twelve Tribes, a religious group with 50 or so communities located in North America, South America, Europe and Australia.

STV Unicorn sails with the only all-female crewed tall ship in the world with proven on-board leadership and development programs for teenage girls and women.

The Sørlandet (sohr-LAHN-deht) is a majestic Class A square-rigged ship built in Norway in 1927 and at approximately 210 feet is the largest ship at the festival.

The Halie & Matthew is a two-masted, Gaff-rigged schooner replicating the design of a 19th century New England fishing schooner.

The other ships previously announced are Appledore IV, S/V Denis Sullivan, Flagship Niagara, Windy and Hindu.

General festival tickets go on sale Monday, June 3 at 11am. Tickets are $12 and $10 for children 5- 12 and for seniors 62+. All Day-Sail and Sturgeon Bay to Green Bay excursion tickets include admission to the festival and are on sale NOW at all Ticket Star locations, including the Resch Center box office, online at www.tallshipgreenbay.com or by phone 800.895.0071.
