SCORING RUBRIC: CORNELL NOTES  Handwriting, typing, or printing is readable. Four Sections  Format is correct: Three Sections per per Chapter  Date, Period, and Title Chapter  Notes on All Sections of the Chapter A  5cm Summary section on the bottom of each A 200 to 180 pts. page. 150 to 135 pts.  5cm Question section on the side of each page.  Summary written on the bottom of each page.  3 or more questions written on the side of each page.  All the information is accurate and appropriate.  No Questions, or B  No Summaries, B 170 pts. 120 pts.  No Questions and No Summaries or C  1 Section of notes not written C 150 pts. 105 pts.  No Questions, D  No Summaries, and D 130 pts.  1 Section of notes not written or 90 pts.  Incorrect Format  No Questions, F  No Summaries, and F 100 pts.  2 Section of notes not written 75 pts.
