This program awards endorsement for grades 4 and 5 to an existing P- 3 license and requires the following:  Current P-3 Ohio license  One (1) credit hour online course  Middle Childhood Transitions/ Development and Management  Ohio Assessment for Educators exam, 018/019 Elementary Education (Subtests I & II)
