Expectation Contract for AP World History Field Trip

The following is a list of expectations that students will be held to while on the field trip to Orlando, Florida.

 All school rules apply including dress code.  All luggage including carry-ons and girls’ purses are subject to the bag search on Thursday morning. If it hasn’t been checked it doesn’t go on the bus.  Students should stay in their assigned seat on the bus unless permission is given otherwise.  The utmost respect is to be given to teacher and parent chaperones on the trip.  Students must meet their chaperones at the appointed times and locations designated.  Students are not allowed to walk around by themselves at any of the destinations. Please use the buddy system everywhere.  Students are not allowed out of their rooms after the 10:00pm for any reason. If we arrive back to the hotel later students are to go directly to their rooms. This is hotel policy. Doors will be taped nightly.  Students of the opposite gender are not allowed in each other’s rooms for any reason.

Students who choose not to abide by these expectations may have their parents called and arrangements made to be sent back home on the nearest plane, train, or bus at the parent’s expense.

We are going to have an educational experience and good time, but there must be rules and limitations in place to guarantee the safety of everyone.

A call list will be made that will include students, parent chaperones, teachers, and administrator cell phone numbers incase there is an emergency. If you are a student or parent chaperone going on the trip please list your numbers below along with your signature that you understand and commit to the above expectations.

Thanks,

Mrs. Bobbie G. Clark
