Requirements: 1. Must have application completed by November 1st 2. On the common application indicate interest in the Morrill Scholarship Program & complete the essay

Deadline-November 1st for OSU application, February 1st for Scholarship application

Requirements: 1. When completing application, applicant must show interest in University Honors Program & complete the essay 2. Within 1-5 days applicant will receive username (lastname.#) in an e-mail 3. Applicant will then use that to log in to application 4. Student must be in top 3% of graduating class 5. 34 or higher on ACT
