Whereas, Wolves Baseball Boosters has been formed to assist the baseball program at Grandview High School, including fundraising.

Whereas, Wolves Baseball Boosters has organized a fund raising program to sell advertising banners (to be placed on the outfield fences).

Whereas, The Patron desires to purchase or renew a previously purchased advertising banner.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration to the compensation to be paid hereunder and the mutual agreements hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows:

1. The Patron has paid to the Wolves Baseball Boosters for a new sign or renewal of an advertising banner. 2. The Wolves Baseball Boosters shall continue to be responsible for maintenance and repair of the banner during the term of this Agreement, except for damages to the sign as the result of an Act of God. The banner may have to be replaced every four years due to weathering. 3. The term of this agreement shall be 1 (one) year. 4. Upon termination of this agreement, the sign will remain property of Wolves Baseball Boosters.
