THE FTP INFORMATION IS AS FOLLOWS: The address for the NU FTP site is ftp://ftp.nu.com. You may get to it by typing this path/address in your web browser. You will be prompted for user ID and password. A successful logon will bring you directly to the directory where the zipped report files reside. [or if needed, the IP address is 159.108.1.2] . This folder is list file and read-only access to external parties.
The login ID for WMECO RFP directory is: isor_wme password: u$3rwme
LOAD FILE FORMATS:
These standard ISO format files are zipped during transfer. The zip file acts as a container to more efficiently hold more than one text file (after the weekend). No password is required to open the posted WMECO zip files.
In general, an automated system will send files to the FTP folder Monday through Friday, except on weekday holidays. Barring any unforeseen delays, this occurs around 9:30 AM. The daily MA file will have 24 hours of load for each of the Default Service assets in the standard ISO format. Please be aware that all text files within the zip files are for a single day's worth of data.
In the event revisions are made to the data after the reports are sent out, another file, designated as a revision, is forwarded (to FTP) after the revisions have been filed with the ISO.
The file naming conventions are as follows for the 37 hour reporting:
report date(YYYYMMDD)_WME 20070201_20070201_WME.zip this zip has one day’s text file
oldest report date(YYYYMMDD)_newest report date(YYYYMMDD)_WME 20070202_20070204_WME.zip this zip has two or more text files with data falling between 20070202_20070204

Once 90 day true-ups have been completed, the revised loads will also be put to the FTP folder. The format will be identical except that the file will contain a hourly loads for each day in the month for each appropriate asset. The naming convention for these files will be ‘200610CT_WME_90DAY.txt‘. They are not zipped. If any revisions are required to the true-up files, the new file will also be posted, with the revision date noted in the name such as ‘200610CT_WME_90DAY_REV200702051241.txt. ICAP FILE FORMATS:
ICAP files will follow the naming convention of ‘DS_20070413_20070416_MA_ICAP.csv’ with the dates indicated the range of data within the file.
