The Alachua County Library District Headquarters is a member of the Cooperating Collection network of The Foundation Center with headquarters in New York.

Cooperating Collections are free funding information centers that provide a core collection of Foundation Center publications and a variety of supplementary materials and services in areas useful to grantseekers.

The Alachua County Library District Headquarters maintains a Foundation Center Cooperating Collection with resources on foundation, corporate, and government funding, nongrant fundraising, grantsmanship, proposal writing, and nonprofit management.

Grant and Funding Resources

The Alachua County Library District also provides assistance to the individual grantseeker looking for information on educational grants and scholarships. The grantseeker will find in our collection current information on corporate and private foundations, individual donors, specific grants for specified fields, U.S. Government funding, and grants for individuals
