600th We will buy the T-shirts from decathlon and have them TT, W&R and CF to drive to France on 19.2.11 and buy T-shirts and printed by the same printers in Wallisellen we have used other haberdashery. T-shirts and other before. 600th t-shirts must be blue. Other haberdashery can come in all haberdashery colours. All ZH3 T-shirts have to have the happy childhood logo on the back. Design competition We will send a newsletter to all hashers to ask them for Saddam or W&R ??? a design for the 600th. Deadline for handing in the design is 18.2.2011

We need new ZH3 patches W&R to contact Neptunus and ask about prices

Website options CF now has access to the jumla compatible website and CF to start designing asap. CF has been excempt from paying Hash is starting to create a new ZH3 website. Cash Power user of that website will be CF and whoever is the on-sec (currently W&R) TT to send the logo

Hare Raising GG suggests that experienced core hashers should ALL OF US volunteer in case he can’t find a hare for a certain run.

W&R suggested that each of us could have one run All of us prepared with all details and printouts for every runner so it can be used on demand.

We need to take the new hashers under our wings and All of us co-hare with them to teach them the good haring techniques.

GG could also send each hare the guidelines for hares Saddam to send the document to GG

Social events GG suggests regular pub meetings on the same day Every last Friday of the month, starting Feb 28th at Devis Bar every month to attract new people

Sola and May Hash We will have 2 Hash Sola Teams, organised by Saddam Saddam to put the teams together

The HHHorros will organise a walk hash on the same GG day.

We will aim to have the ZH3 T-shirts ready by then so all Sola runners can wear them.

Any other old stuff

Hash Cash Hash Cash will be collected before the run when TT or in his absence a designated substitute everybody, and especially Hash Cash, is still sober and knows what they are doing.

We are aiming to be more transparent with Hash Cash. TT to provide the list to be posted for all hashers On regular intervals we will show what came in and what went out.

The incoming money is mainly from haberdashery sales Haberdasher (W&R) to keep track of what has been sold. and hash cash. Hash Cash (TT) to keep a list of who came to hash runs and who paid what. This will become part of the incoming payment details to be made public.
