A. The resignation of two teachers, two bus drivers and one nurse at the end of the 2009-2010 school year and the resignation of one teacher effective February 22, 2010.
B. The appointment of nine substitute car drivers for the 2009-2010 school year and the appointment of one substitute teacher for the 2009-2010 school year.
C. To discuss a personnel issue.
