Health, Safety & Environment & Field Representative Growing diversified company in search of HSE Leader. Responsible for conducting field site quality & safety visits to ensure all personnel are operating according to standards. In the case of a safety incident the Representative would be responsible for stabilizing situation, facilitating medical attention as well as ensuring all processes and reviews are attained and addressed promptly. The Representative’s priority is to reduce the risk of incidents by ensuring all employees are: Planning Properly, Communicating Effectively and Following Procedures. Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:  Coordinates, develop and implement HSE training programs for Bailey’s & BMS personnel.  Conducts and ensures safety meetings are performed with field staff, supervisors and administrative staff.  Performs safety audits and inspections. Communicates findings by written reports to supervisor.  Develops implements and review/revise health & safety programs.  Coordinate incident investigations and evaluation of hazardous conditions or operating procedures to identify preventive techniques to ensure hazards are mitigated.  Investigates accidents and prepares accident reports. This requires your availability 24/7.  To reduce the risk of incidents: Plan properly, Communicate Effectively and Follow Procedures  Emphasize and support customer satisfaction  Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with Bailey’s policy Qualifications: Education and/or Experience  High School or GED required  College or Technical degree in Safety related field. Preferred  3-5 years’ experience in HSE position required, offshore preferred  Culinary or Food Industry Experience Required  Has knowledge of state and federal regulatory compliance requirements associated with oil and gas industry.  Knowledge of OSHA Regulations  Excellent verbal, written and public communication skills  Excellent customer service skills required  Fluent in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint.  Ability to work independently and effectively with a Team.
