Chapter 95, Title 44 of the 1976 Code is amended 20 by adding: 21 22 “Section 449525. (A) Except as prohibited pursuant to 23 Section 449520, smoking is permitted in all other public indoor 24 and outdoor areas and it is specifically permitted in cigar bars. 25 (B) For purposes of this section, ‘cigar bar’ means an 26 establishment open and accessible to the public that is devoted to 27 the smoking of cigars, and other tobacco products if allowed by the 28 owner or operator of the cigar bar, by customers on the premises, 29 and if beverages or food, or both, are served, they are only 30 incidental to the smoking of cigars.” 31 32 SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the 33 Governor. 34 XX 35
