Speed Limit Reminder The recommended speed limit through our community is 15 mph. We have children playing and riding bikes, please obey the speed limit and be aware of your surroundings. We would hate to see any unnecessary accidents due to driver irresponsibility.

Mark your calendars…. Parking on the Street Thank you to all who have complied with the request to stop Community Meeting parking on the side of the street. We understand that on occasion October 17, 2005 there is the need to park in the street. However, please have 7:00-8:00 respect for your neighbors and the community by not making it a daily activity. We do have an Architectural Review Board in place for changes you would like to make to your homes. 2 Fall Yard Tips October

Apply a winterizer that contains timed-release nitrogen and extra potassium to help lawns endure winter stress and green up quickly in spring.

If winter weeds were a problem last year, apply a pre-emergence herbicide to the lawn in early October. Be sure the herbicide is safe for the type of grass in your lawn. Read and follow all label directions.
