HOW DO I CREATE A QUIZ FOR MY STUDENTS TO TAKE ON QUIZZLER?
1. Although you can create the quiz in Memo Pad on your Palm, we still find it easier to type longer documents in Word on our desktop and then sync it onto your palm as a Memo Pad document. 2. Whether you write the quiz in Memo Pad or Word, the same format must be followed. a. The first few lines of your document should read: #quizzler (followed by the name of your quiz) #name (again, followed by the name of your quiz) #author (followed by the author of the quiz) #moreinfo (followed by anything that you want to show up on the screen as extra info when the quiz taker taps the More… button) b. On the line directly below your “moreinfo” text, begin typing your questions. Following each question, on the line below it, provide the correct answer first, followed by three incorrect answers to be given as possible choices on a multiple choice test. Each answer must be separated by a semicolon (no space between answers and semicolon). Below is an example of a small quiz written in Word. #quizzler Do You Know Me? #name Do You Know Me? #author Julie DiCicco #moreinfo This is a quiz created to by Julie DiCicco, a UConn intern. What is my middle initial? L;S;J;R How old am I? 22;21;25;23 Where do I live? Storrs;Mansfield;Canton;Cromwell How many dogs do I have? 1;2;0;3 What did I major in at UConn?
