Item 1: Training and Outreach Lead Jane Schafer-Kramer Support Information Preparation Desired Outcome  Update on latest meeting Time Allocation 10 minutes Action Items  Jane and Kate wrote good introduction to DWR GIS. Loading on web site and will send to list when ready.  Training credits: Evaluate how credits are and will be used for technical and training, but not for intro classes, which we do internally as demand rises – get in touch with Jane if your organization wants one (and can provide a charge number for trainers). If you are interested in being a trainer or assistant talk to Jane.

Item 2: AGOL Workgroup Lead Danny Luong Support Information Preparation Desired Outcome Update on the progress of the workgroup. Time Allocation 10 minutes Action Items  AGOL workgroup: Danny will send msg seeking participation from data collectors and desktop users. Local AGOL portal being set up and tested. Need better publishing controls on AGOL training account – Leo/Danny will look into it. Lots of interest in Esri Collector – Leo will set up some kind of meeting next month.

Item 8: Web Applications Lead Greg Smith Support Information Preparation Desired Outcome Define process to move web services to a dedicated server and URL for web applications. Time Allocation 15 minutes Action Items  Decide how to organize the services  Provide notice to programs that have web applications

Proposal: Stand-up a dedicated server that will host public web services for web applications. The server will be supported by a new geodatabase in which the feature classes will be transformed to a web mercator projection. Eventually, the old web services will be taken down.
