Part 1 — General 1.01 DESCRIPTION A. Outdoor and indoor air-cooled, remote and water- cooled condensing units. B. All condensing units shall be provided with heavy duty galvanized base frames. C. All condensing unit coils shall be manufactured with seamless, deoxidized heavy walls, full collared plate aluminum fins and smooth copper tubes. D. All connections and bends shall be brazed with high temperature brazing alloy. E. Coils shall be factory leak tested at 400 psig air pressure. 1.02 QUALITY ASSURANCE Condensing units shall be constructed in accordance with ETL standards and shall carry the ETL label of approval.
