2. DYER, KATHLEEN - LCA.5643 Commission requests compliance meeting regarding 12/29/03 alleged violations of 30-6-A8(d) and 30-6-A10. Would consider OIC of 7 day suspension and $1,000 fine following compliance meeting.

3. SKEHAN, SHAWN - LCA.6342 Commission requests compliance meeting regarding 8/3/04 and 8/28/04 alleged violations. Would consider OIC of 1 day suspension and $1,000 fine following compliance meeting.

4. SINGH, MOHINDER - LIR.16466 Commission requests compliance meeting regarding 12/27/03 alleged sale to minor (2 counts), 2/27/04 alleged sale to minor, and 9/13/04 alleged violations following inspection. Would consider OIC of 15 day suspension and $3,475 fine following compliance meeting.
