BOMA-Columbus Vendor Expo Contract Wednesday, April 15, 2015 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Join your fellow BOMA Vendors and Property Managers at the new Hollywood Casino in Columbus on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 for the Vendor Expo! This afternoon event will showcase the best of BOMA Vendors! We are offering a Cash Bar and Appetizers during the event and new this year BOMA will be offering additional prizes for attendees including a mini IPAD. Booth price Includes:

 One 8 x 3 covered table – total booth space is 10’ wide x 6’ deep, Two chairs  Electricity  Complimentary Appetizers  Logo Displayed at Event  Company Name in Program  Complimentary $5 in Chips per Company

Early Bird Booth Discount: $350.00 through Friday, March 13th Payment must be received by this date.

Booth fee after March 13th: $450.00 All Payments must be received by Friday, April 3rd.

Payment by Credit Card can be made on line at www.bomacolumbus.org Please log-in and select the Vendor Expo Meeting for this event and follow the instructions to enter your credit card information. You have the option to select Check or Cash which will provide you with a printable invoice. You can then print the invoice or use this form to mail in your payment.

Please note the Hollywood Casino will not admit anyone under the age of 21 for the Expo, NO Exceptions! ID’s are checked.
