The Los Angeles County Human Relations Commission, one of the nation’s oldest human relations groups, and the nationally known Rock the Vote organization, have launched a new public education campaign, zerohour, that is directed at the youth of Los Angeles County, who daily struggle with issues of bias and discrimination, bullying and even hate acts in schools.

The zerohour campaign, which includes a youth program led by a series of public service announcements, a website and outdoor advertisements is designed to encourage 14 to 18-year olds to intervene at the right moment to prevent or stop discrimination and hate crimes.
