This guide assists a Viewpoint user in the process of changing the standard ViewTrip URL in a Viewpoint email, to their ViewTrip White Label URL.

Galileo ViewTrip White Label & Viewpoint Email – Version 1.0 Page: 1 External Audience Overview Currently when an email is sent via Viewpoint, a URL is included that takes the customer directly to Galileo ViewTrip to view their itinerary. This URL goes to the standard ViewTrip 2.0 website.
When a customer participates in the Galileo ViewTrip White Label product, they will want this URL to point to their customized White Label site.
Galileo ViewTrip White Label & Viewpoint Email – Version 1.0 Page: 2 External Audience This document will walk the agency customer through the steps that are necessary to change the default ViewTrip URL to the White Label URL. Please note that this change will be required on every computer which has Viewpoint installed. This document assumes that the user is using the Viewpoint 2.0 version.
Step by Step Instructions
1. Right mouse click on the Windows Start button and select Explore
2. Locate the FP/SWDIR File on your computer.

4. Search for all stylesheets titled pnr_customer In most cases, there will be 4 files

6. With the file open, from the Notepad menubar, select Edit, Find.

The wording should be similar to the following:
8. Using the string below – type directly into this document. Simply replace kimstravel with your white label extension name. You are going to copy/paste the following link directly into Notepad.

10. Save the change
11. Now go highlight the file which has the extension _html24.xsl. Right mouse click and select ‘Open With’ – Notepad
12. Repeat steps 6 through 10 for this file.

14. With the file open, from the Notepad menubar, select Edit, Find.

18. Save the change
19. Now go highlight the file which has the extension _text24.xsl. Right mouse click and select ‘Open With’ – Notepad
20. Repeat steps 14 through 18 for this file.
Once these changes are completed, test your changes by returning to Viewpoint and selecting Email. The URL in the email should reflect the White Label URL address.
