WILLIAMSON APPLE BLOSSOM FESTIVAL 2014 CRAFT SHOW REGISTRATION FREE FRIDAY, MAY 16th 6PM – 10PM SATURDAY MAY 17th 9:00 AM – 6 PM SUNDAY MAY 18th 10 AM – 4PM
WOW! This is 55 years of Williamson Apple Blossom. We are looking forward to the 2014 festival and your continued support with great sales at the Annual Craft Show.
The theme this year is “OUR ENCHANTED EMERALD ANNIVERSARY”
There will be wonderful entertainment all weekend long with the parade at 3:00 pm on Saturday and fireworks on Saturday night. Please remember to check out our website at www.williamsonappleblossom.com to get all the latest information.
^ Hand Crafted Merchandise will take preference in location over other merchandise. The committee reserves the right to remove objectionable items or revoke vendor permits to participate without a refund.
There is NO guarantee you will receive the same spot every year.
^The committee, Williamson Apple Blossom Festival and /or the Town of Williamson will not be held responsible for thefts, breakage or any other mishap.
^The collection and reporting of Wayne County NYS sales tax is the responsibility of the vendor.
^Absolutely NO PETS are permitted for the duration of the weekend.
^This is a rain or shine event with no rain date or refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS!
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE FIRE EXTINGUSHERS IN THEIR BOOTHS.
The Crafts/Vendors tents/booths are on PAVEMENT. Not in the grass. Suggestions for your tie downs should be along the lines of cinder blocks.
^Please fill out application completely including signature, a copy of NYS Certificate of Authority and your check. Confirmation of a spot will be your cancelled check. If you prefer we can email you with acceptance of your application if you provide an email address. We need to have this information by May 5th 2014. We will not be able to except any payments after May 15th 2014 WE ARE CHANGING SATURDAY SET UP TIMES. IF YOU CAN NOT SET UP ON FRIDAY, YOU WILL NEED TO CALL LINDSAY ON FRIDAY TO GET YOUR SPOT NUMBER.
^Set up time is: Friday from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. We can not let crafters in before this time due to the food vendors setting up and they are bringing in larger trucks for their tents and grills/burners.
PLEASE NOTE: the road will be closed at 6:30 for the Street Dance and you will not be able to drive down Main Street. OR you can set up Saturday morning at 7:00 am.
^Any special requests you may have needs to be on your application. We will do our best to accommodate everyone, but please keep in mind, there are a lot of crafters and we try to keep everyone happy. All requests will not necessarily be granted.
^ Please remember to bring your own chairs and tie downs for your tents. This is very important due to the fact that we have no chairs or tie downs available to us. You will need tie downs in case of wind or rain.
If you need electric you will need to have your own supplies. We recommend you bring extra extension cords.

You may start setting up any time after 3:00 pm on Friday afternoon. Please remember Main Street will be closed at 6:30 due to the street dance. Therefore, you will not be able to be able to get in and out of the area. Please indicate what time and day you will start to set up: ______. The Craft Show will be in the West Main Street parking lot.
