Times: 11:30 p.m. for the 11’s *Gym doors open at 11:00 p.m.

2:45PM for the 12’s

Location: Win-E-Mac School, We have Concessions - no outside food

Matches: 2out of 3 to 25, game 3 to 15 if needed, Pool D will play 3 games to 21, MSHSL Rules - lowered Net and serving line moved up (power servers will be asked to move closer to the services line. Matches will be played ahead of scheduled time. After pool play, teams will be placed in a single elimination tournament. Warming-up is allowed ONLY in the gym. *Please tell players not to warm-up in the commons, hallway, or locker room. *Concessions will be available. *Medals will be awarded for 1st place and 2nd place for both tournaments. *No Locker rooms will be open for teams to use. Please keep money and valuables with you. *Please bring the attached waiver signed by each player to the Referee of your first match.

*We provide the officials. Please allow the refs to do their best. (Please remind your fans of that also.)

*10 minute warm up

*Medals for 1st and 2nd Place. 3 Matches guaranteed!

*No Locker rooms are available, please keep money and valuables with you.

Win-E-Mac Junior Olympic Volleyball Tournament Waiver and Release of Liability (Reproduction Permitted) I acknowledge that volleyball or any sporting event is an extreme test of a person’s physical and mental limits and that my participation in a volleyball event can cause potential death, serious injury, or property damage. With a full understanding of the potential risks, I HEREBY ASSUME THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING OR OFFICIATING IN A VOLLEYBALL EVENT. I hereby take the following action by myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns: a) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any an all claims or liabilities for death or personal injury or damages of any kind, which arise out of or relate to my traveling to and from or my participation in any volleyball event, THE FOLLOWING PERSONS OR ENTITIES: Win-E-Mac Junior Olympic Program and its Associations, tournament director, Win-E-Mac School District, sponsors, and the officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents of any of the above; b) I AGREE NOT TO SUE any of the persons or entities listed above for any of the claims or liabilities that I have waived, released, or discharged herein; and c) I INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the persons or entities mentioned above from any claims made or liabilities assessed against them as a result of my actions.
