From Oct 2014 to Present Working as a Shift officer in Soap manufacturing unit of ALLIANCE INDIA, Baddi, H.P It is a 2P of Hindustan Unilever limited.

As a Shift in-charge, I am responsible for the operation of the following continuously Operated plants.

1. Production process of finished soaps from the Raw materials (Operating system - SCADA) 2. Effluent Treatment Plant. 3. SAP-ERP booking of Finished goods for Dispatch

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage, develop and motivate direct reporting staff 2. To ensure the smooth running of the production process. 3. To ensure that all products are produced to the specified specifications. 4. Target and deadlines are met to achieve the orders. To ensure that all direct staff comply with the company’s Health and Safety procedures. 5. Reporting to the production dept in-charge various aspects of production, technical efficiencies, product, raw material, engineering goods etc. 6. To ensure that the training skills are met for current and future demands of the shift. 7. To ensure good communication is given either verbally or written to all members of staff

PROJECT 1.Title : Production of edible oil from rice husk and preparation of good quality soap from that oil. Equipment Used: Soxhlet’s apparatus, Muffle furnace. Functionality of the project: The oil produced is edilble oil and used as cooking oil also as well as for the preparation of good quality soap. Description: The specific amount of rice husk is taken in the Soxhlet’s apparatus and the oil is extracted by using n-hexane. Then the oil is separated out using distillation process. The pure oil is then used for preparation of good quality soap

2. Title : Oil extraction from Polanga seeds and test its properties and engine performance Functionality of the project: The oil produced is non-edilble oil and used as a biodiesel.
