NOTICE FOR HEARING

The Commission of Inquiry on Enforced Disappearances will hold hearing in the cases of Missing Persons pertaining to FATA, from Monday 18th to Friday 22nd December , 2017 as mentioned in Annex-A

D:\Docs\2018-04-17\05af20dec7604a31df46ac0212613116.doc 1 to this notice at 09:30 hours onwards at the Secretariat of the Commission, 1st floor, Directorate General Civil Defence Building, Mauve Area, G-9/1, Islamabad.

2. The reports of JIT (2 x copies) in each case must be furnished to the Commission, at least two days in advance of the date of hearing on the proforma as prescribed in the Commission of Inquiry on Enforced Disappearances Regulations, 2011. 3. In terms of Commission of Inquiry on Enforced Disappearances Regulations 2011, the Focal Person, Conveners of JITs and I.Os concerned will make their appearance for the hearings, in addition to reps of M/o Defence, IB and other Agencies. 4. The Political Agents and SHOs concerned may be directed to inform the families of missing persons, on the addresses/Mobile Numbers given in the list, about the venue, time and date of hearing. Acknowledgements thereof may be furnished at the time of hearing. 5. By orders of the Commission.
