FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ’S)
1. Who can sign up for Service Center Ordering?
2. I am an EMEA service center and typically procure parts from HIS. Does this mean that I can now procure them with this tool?
3. Does this replace the eGain application?
4. Can I check my Order Status with this tool?
5. How can I change my Order once it has been placed?
6. What do I do if I have an AOG or need to expedite my order?
7. Will my request date be met? What schedule date will my order have? What do I do if the schedule date does not meet my requirements?
8. If availability = Y, what does that mean? Are the parts available today?
9. When availability is returned, where is the stock located?
10.How is special pricing, which is associated with a Service Bulletin, reflected?
11. How do I know that my order has been placed?

17.Will they system automatically tell me if I have turned? entered a duplicate PO? Does not tell you if you are entering a duplicate PO or not. It will add to the first PO…so be careful.
18.What if there are partial quantities which can be fulfilled? How is this displayed?
______1. Who can sign up for Service Center Ordering? Only authorized Honeywell Service Centers are granted access to this ordering system.
2. I am a European/Middle Eastern/Asia Pacific (EMEA) service center and typically procure parts from HIS. Does this mean that I can now procure them with this tool? Sometimes, depending upon the part type. Use the tool for Price and Availability. In addition, you may use the tool to place PO’s for Exchange hardware. You need to continue to procure all new parts from HIS.
3. Does this replace the eGain application? This replaces the price and availability and ordering which was originally covered under the eGain system.
4. Can I check or view my Order Status with this tool? Yes, but it is in a different section of the website. This is the Order Status tool and you are strongly encouraged to use the tool to status your orders. This allows you to quickly check the status of your orders – obtain status, ship date, waybill information, etc. If you wish to request access to the Order Status tool, access My Account in the Honeywell Aerospace portal at https://portal.honeywell.com/wps/myportal/aero/myaccount
5. How can I change my Order? The Service Center Ordering tool does not allow for any changes once the order is placed. To change your order, please submit an order change form. The Change Order Form is found on the Honeywell Aerospace portal under Contact Us, at https://portal.honeywell.com/wps/portal/aero/contactus.
6. What do I do if I have an AOG, need to expedite my order, have a critical part, or require a drop shipment? Place your order through the Service Center Ordering system and then call 1-800-601-3099. As a reminder, the system will provide notes to you that read: “if this order requires AOG support, an expedited Shipment, critical part release or drop ship orders, please contact our Customer Care Group as soon as possible. US & Canada: 1-800-601-3099 or International: 1-602-365-3099
7. Will my request date be met? What schedule date will my order have? What action do I take if the schedule date does not meet my requirements? Based upon inventory and planned replenishments, a schedule date will be returned. It can be different from your requested date. The date that Honeywell can support is listed under the “Schedule Date” column. Please note that this date could be different then your requested date. If this does not support your requirements, please call US & Canada: 1-800-601-3099 or International: 1-602-365-3099 to expedite your order.
8. If availability = Y, what does that mean? Are the parts available today? The hardware will be available based upon your request date.
9. When availability is returned, where is this stock located? The hardware availability is reflective of the Phoenix stock only.
10.How is special pricing, associated with a service bulletin, reflected? You will have the option of selecting New Program Price from the Valuation Part type, pull down menu.
11.How do I know that my order has been placed? If you received an order number on the Confirmation page, then you know that your order has been placed.
12.Will the system time me out? The system will time out after 30 minutes of inactivity. Depending upon where you were in the process, your inputs could be lost.
13.Why is N/A returned under pricing? N/A (Not Available) can be returned under the following circumstances.
-If the part number does not have any pricing associated with the part -If the part number is not for sale -If it is an invalid part number or supplier part -If there are multiple supercedures and we need additional information
14.Can I use this for MSP or warranty? No, do not use this tool to place your order. Your PO must be sent in to the CSR and can not be processed thru this system.
15.How can I save the confirmation as a PDF? You can create pdf files as long as you have a print driver. The following data is provided as an illustrative example only. Please confirm with your IT department, to ensure compliance to your internal software standards and policies that they might have. See attached document for additional information. 16.If I input a part number and it returns a note that it has a supercedure, what part number and price actually gets returned? The part and price that are returned are for the new part number provided in the note
17.Will they system automatically tell me if I have entered a duplicate PO? No, the system will not tell you if you are entering a duplicate PO or not. It will add line items to the first PO…so be careful.
18.What if there are partial quantities which can be fulfilled? How is this displayed? The system will return the date for the complete quantity. It does not display partial quantities. No schedules for partial quantities are displayed. What is shown is the last scheduled delivery date.
