Board of Directorsl Dear Vendor: Barbara Brustowicz Monique Byrne Amy Fournier Campbell On Sunday, May 22, the Village of Waban will hold its 12th annual Village Day. The Liz Epstein activities this year will include live musical performances and amusement rides, as well as Alice Jacobs Portia Pantages games and activities for children. The 11th annual 5K Family Fun Run will be taking place Gail Wintersteiner again this year at 10am. Over 100 families participated in the Fun Run last year. The Waban Improvement Society would like to invite you to participate as a vendor in Waban Village Day 2016.

Spaces for booths are available along Woodward Street, in the center of Waban Square. This location guarantees maximum visibility and foot traffic, as the street is closed to automobiles during the event.

Booths may be set up from 10:30AM to 2:30PM. Volunteers will tape off spaces for booths in advance and will include a space of approximately 10-15 feet wide. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables and/or equipment to set up. For vendors based outside Waban there is a fee of $40 to participate, vendors within Waban $25, and children (high school and under) $15, payable to the Waban Improvement Society. There is no rain date, we always expect sun!
