BOARD OF STUDIES AMENDMENT (To be considered by the School Programme Approval and Review Committee)

This form is used for the consideration of minor change amendments as described in the Programme Amendment Policy, found here: http://www.city.ac.uk/__data/assets/pdf_file/0012/68889/amendments_of_a_programme.pdf

Changes affecting more than one third of the total number of credits of a programme are considered to be major change and must be considered through Programme Approval

This form can also be used to request an exception to the Assessment Regulations. PARC approval of an exception is subject to approval by Senate.
