Start Position: All Entrants will meet no later than 9:45am, at 1035 Keene Road/Rt.10, Winchester. Bruce Willard’s property at the Swanzey/Winchester line.(Near Shamrock Real Estate). Look for the River Run Sign for Starting Point Meeting Place Refreshments will be available at the end of the run at the Beaman property on Back Ashuelot Rd, just past J&G’s garage; offered by the Winchester Kiwanis Club. OFFICIAL RULES 1. All boats must be of conventional construction/safety standards. 2. Life jackets must be worn as designed during the River Run. 3. All boats must have sufficient floatation and safety lines. A 6’-8’ safety line must be attached to the front & back of the boat. 4. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or an adult guardian. 5. There are no refunds. 6. NO MOTORS!
