WestJet Counter London Gatwick
While WestJet’s new and improved check in area at Gatwick Airport is under construction, they will be relocating to a new counter. As of January 10, 2017, you can find the friendly WestJetters at their temporary counter located on Level 2, Zone E in the North Terminal.
NEW! Effective January 17, 2017, no fee pre-reserved seats will now be included in Flex fares along with the first checked bag.
CHANGE FEES Effective January 17, 2017, WestJet’s change fees (including name changes and early/late shows) will now be based on region. The regions will be categorized by: Domestic; Transborder/International Sun; and International Europe.
Econo & Flex Fares for Domestic and Transborder/International Sun will now be $100 change fee plus any fare difference.
International Europe will be $150 change fee plus any fare difference. Fees are in Canadian dollars and do not include any applicable taxes.

My career has been very good to me and I have a lot of great things because of it, but today it was truly something great for me. A family member has been trying to visit mom and me this week. After countless flights cancelled or delayed and being stuck in multiple cities she finally got here. The airline treated her so poorly and now all she wanted was to gain an extra day on the end of her journey for all that she missed. I was able to go to someone I have connected with through my career and help her get that extra day for free. No hassle to her, just a little work from a friend of mine. You would not believe the happiness inside my house tonight. I won't name names, but I can't thank this person enough for helping out my family with a flight. It's moments like these that get me through all the extra hours and time lost because of work. I am lucky to be surrounded by such wonderful people.

I would like to compliment Dwayne for his fast and efficient customer service yesterday while helping me book a flight home. We booked the flight from Fort McMurray to Ed- January 2017 monton through WestJet several weeks ago after a three day event. A few hours before the flight left, the airline cancelled it due to airplane safety issues. While I agree that safety is always a top priority, the WestJet rep was unhelpful in finding a return flight that afternoon and I found that unacceptable. They also failed to let me know the flight was cancelled – I found out through a third party app.
I then emailed Dwayne asking for his help in finding me another flight. He called me within 10 minutes and booked me a flight for 8:40 pm that night with Air Canada. He also stayed on the phone until I had successfully checked in online, and offered to con- tact WestJet to get a refund on the original flight. He had (and has) such a friendly de- meanor – I really appreciate his customer service in helping me get back to Edmonton with minimal delay. In my opinion, he is doing a wonderful job and I hope you take the time to appreciate him for it – good people are hard to find and he is a keeper.
