Children age six and under are free. A deposit of one night’s rent is required for a 3 nights booking or less and a deposit of two night’s rent is required on a booking of 5 nights. For bookings 6 nights or more, a deposit of one half for all nights stayed is required. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for damages, and or extra cleaning if necessary.

With each cabin or unit, you may dock one boat in our boat dock free of charge.

We give a 10% discount if you intend to stay 5 nights or longer.

We do not provide lawn chairs or beach towels.

Boat rentals are available.

24’ pontoon...... 1/2 day ( 4 hrs.) 9:00am. to 1:00pm. Or 1:00pm. to 5:00pm. $110.00 Full day ( 8 hrs.) 9:00am to 5:00pm...... $170.00

$100.00 damage/deposit on all pontoons.

Paddle boats...... $5.00 per hour.

$25.00 damage/deposit on all paddle boats.
