1. Reintroduction of Ordinances and Resolutions (schedule for ___/___, 2010 mtg.)

Staff will present a resolution for discussion on the reintroduction of Ordinances and Resolutions.

2. Optional Relocation Assistance Policy (schedule for ___/___, 2010 mtg.)

Mr. Hoyt will discuss with Council a request from staff to waive the ceiling in the Optional Relocation Assistance Policy in the case of Loretta Cuthbert and Laticia Clark.

3. Revocation of Business License (schedule for ___/___, 2010 mtg.)

Council will discuss the possibility of revocation of business license for Coyote Mike’s

4. Fireworks at Coldwater Mountain (schedule for ___/___, 2010 mtg.)

Councilman Little request an update on the progress of having July 4th fireworks show at Coldwater Mountain.

5. Solutia Update

Gail McColley of Solutia will be here to update Council on the Solutia cleanup.

6. Rutledge and Yaghmai (schedule for 6/8/2010 mtg.)

Representatives from the law firm of Rutledge and Yaghmai were invited to attend to address questions concerning a bill submitted for payment to the City of Anniston in the amount of $62,277.29.

7. City Prosecutor Applications (schedule for ___/___, 2010 mtg.)

Discussion of applications received for the City Prosecutor position.

8. Nuisance Court (schedule for ___/___, 2010 mtg.)

Councilman Little would like to discuss a Nuisance Court for grass, cars, etc., that would consist of a Judge, Prosecuting Attorney, Defense Attorney and Code Enforcement individual.

9. Anniston Historic Preservation Committee

David Schneider, Vice-Chair AHPC will provide a PowerPoint presentation on the Anniston Land Company building.

10. Chalkline Update

Presentation to Council by Doug Bullock of Bullock Environmental on Chalkline Cleanup Project.

11. Citizen Compliant

Per Council at 5/25/2010 meeting, Mr. Hoyt will report on the compliant received from Curtis Ray and from Alice Easely.
