Mini Pizza Recipe

1 16-ounce can pizza sauce. 1 package English muffins 1 8-ounce block mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 package sliced mushrooms 1 green, yellow or red bell pepper, diced 1 onion, chopped 2 cups chopped ham

1. Preheat oven to 350˚F.

2. Spread pizza sauce on each muffin half and sprinkle with cheese. Kids Can Cook

3. Top with vegetables and ham.

4. Place on cookie/ baking sheet.

5. Bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.

Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip

1 cup nonfat plain yogurt 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/3 cup peanut butter Slices of your favorite fruits or vegetables

1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, vanilla, and peanut butter. Mix well.

2. Serve with slices of fruits or vegetables. Can also be used in sandwiches. Keep leftover dip refrigerated.
