THE APPLICATION PROCESS IS ON A FIRST APPLY, FIRST ACCEPTED BASIS. ONCE 106 SPACES ARE FILLED, ACCEPTANCE IS CLOSED. WE ADVISE YOU TO APPLY EARLY TO GUARANTEE A SPACE! ALL REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC SPACES ARE ON A FIRST APPLY BASIS AS WELL. ALL APPLICATIONS NEED TO BE RECEIVED BY JULY 31, 2012.

FEES: BOOTH - $150.00 (ALL APPLICANTS) Total Due for under the tent= $205 TENT SPACE - $50.00 (For those wishing space under one of the large tents) APPLICATION FEE - $5.00 (ALL APPLICANTS. NON REFUNDABLE) Total Due for bring your own tent= $155

ALL FEES ARE DUE WITH APPLICATION!

Craftspeople and food producers wishing tent coverage should include the $ 50.00 extra with their application. Applicants who are not accepted due to lack of space or jury consideration, will have their payment returned with the exception of the $5.00 application fee.

ALL APPLICANTS! PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING The Woodstock Recreation Center is not responsible for property if there is “an Act of God”. The WRC recommends that all crafters carry their own insurance. In the event of cancellation due to catastrophic weather conditions no refunds will be given. There is no guarantee the large tents won’t leak. Please cover your merchandise overnight.
